Items that have been resolved are listed below as well as requests that have been implemented:

Payslip with Hours and Balances	If the payslip is set to override the currency rate, the hours and balances on line 1 was multiplied by the currency rate.	No changes were made to the software. Main Menu > Reports > Payslip Setup > New / History Payslip Setup >General Tab ‘Activate Currency Conversion’ – toggle between the tick being on and off to correct this problem.
ETI Take-on	The maximum ETI Remuneration was still referring to R6000 which was evident in an Error Report when the Remuneration was greater than R6000.	The maximum ETI Remuneration has been increased from R6000 to R6499.
Sage Self Service	Error Report	The reason for the sync error was chopped off at the end of the sentence.
EMP501 Recon History Report	Sometimes the Detail per Employee sheet did not populate and gave a message “There is no ETI Data”.	If the company is not eligible for ETI, the Detail per Employee sheet did not populate the financial data.
Requests Implemented
Zimbabwe Currency Symbol Change (not Classic)	Changed the Zim $ to RTGS$	This change has been implemented on the Company Miscellaneous Screen 3. RTGS$ will then print on your payslips if you have set Payslip Currencies to print.
DRC	Tax Changes	The maximum Tax reduction per dependant no longer applies.
